Postville Woman Arrested in Castalia Posted 19 August 2008 The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department reports that around 4:30 a.m. Sunday morning, Aug. 17, they received a report about a subject keying a car in Castalia. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Anna Vasilevma of Postville on charges of Operating while intoxicated, Second degree criminal mischief - a Class D Felony, and Harassment. Vasilevma was held in the Winneshiek County Jail until her appearance before a magistrate.
