Free Budgeting Basics Class to be Held Posted 11 August 2008 A free and interactive personal finance management class is being offered to enhance your financial management skills.  If you would like help on understanding your personal finances and how to manage your spending this class is for you. Classes are being offered in Waukon on Thursday, Aug. 21, West Union on Thursday, Aug. 28, and in Elkader on Thursday, Aug. 28.
