Black Diamond to Perform Tonight at the Fair Posted 31 July 2008 Black Diamond is the featured entertainment tonight, Thursday, July 31, at the 154th annual Clayton County Fair in National.   This year there will be no reserved seating for grandstand events at the Clayton County Fair. All seats are free and will be available on a first come basis.
