Elkader's Central School Holds Summer Institute Posted 29 July 2008 Central Community School's Central Summer Institute will be held next week on Tuesday, Aug. 5, and Thursday, Aug. 7, and again the next week Monday, Aug. 11, through Wednesday, Aug. 13, in Elkader.   Families wanting their students to participate in the program can call the school to register and have their child at the elementary library by 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, Aug. 5. The program will run from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. each day.
