Manchester Police Report Several Arrests

Manchester
Police report that on January 10, 2012 Manchester Police assisted by
Linn County Sheriffs department executed a search warrant and arrest
warrant in Alburnett. Arrested was Edward J. Reed age 48 of
Alburnett, Iowa. Reed was charged with: Lascivious Acts with a
Child a Class C Felony. Authorities seized several items related
to the investigation from the home.
Complaints allege that on November 11, 2011 the defendant was at a home
in Manchester and fondled the genitals of a 13 year old female.
Reed was taken to the Delaware County Jail on $10,000 bond.
On January 11, 2012 Manchester Police arrested Jamie Lee Cole, age
29 of Masonville. Cole was charged with: Domestic Abuse Assault.
Complaints allege that on January 6, 2012 the Cole struck and kicked a
female acquaintance in the 600 block of East Union Street causing
injury. Cole was taken to Delaware County Jail.
On January 14, 2012 Manchester Police were called to the Days Inn Motel
on West Main Street. Upon investigation of report of the smell of
marijuana police made contact with individuals in a room which ended up
with arrest and seizure of drug related items. Arrested was
Michael L. Johnson age 24 Sun Praire, Wisconsin and Shannon C. Hacknet
age 24 of Madison Wisconsin. Both were charged with
Possession of Marijuanna and Possession of Drug parapherinalia.
Both were taken to Delaware County Jail.
